Deepquant

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Deepquant (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Deepquant is a crypto quant workbench that backtests technical trading strategies on historical market data and displays performance metrics and buy/sell signals on charts. All results are based on historical data and simulations. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Not Investment Advice

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading crypto assets involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you may create using third-party sign-in (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) scrape or resell data without permission; (d) post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content in community features; or (e) misrepresent the Service’s output as guaranteed returns.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post to community features, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it for operating the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user content and third-party data), is owned by Deepquant and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, data storage, market data, and payments. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that data, backtests, or signals are error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepquant and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
